Marco Rubio is following the rest of the world's lead by officially calling for the resignation of Attorney General Eric Holder after a certain Fast and Furious scandal. Holder was held in contempt by the House because he witheld Justice documents in the Fast and Furious probe. The real crime here, however, is the fact that a bunch of nerdy politicians named their scandalous little program after an awful Vin Diesel movie.
