Kylie Jenner must be feeling a bit moody today. She tweeted that she wants to stay "this age" (15) for forever. Who wants to stay fifteen for forever? You can't do anything at that age. She should at least want to stay eighteen for forever because then she could buy cigarettes and porn and drink in Europe.
