For Joe Rogan the most interesting part of Jamie Foxx's interview with Quentin Tarantino wasn't so much what Tarantino said but how he apparently said it. Rogan tweeted that he was fascinated with how Tarantino talked "black" while chatting with Jamie Foxx who, yes, happens to black.
