David Axelrod made it clear that he strongly condemns competitive heckling of Mitt Romney. It seemed like Axelrod was extending a Democratic olive branch until he followed up with a because "shouting folks (sic) is their tactic, not ours." In this case "their tactic" is Republican tactic. Harsh, David, secretly harsh.
